September 18 - 25, 2010, Rancho La Puerta, Tecate, Baja, Mexico
      Join me for a return visit to the wonderful Ranch La Puerta cooking school, La Cocina que Canta. During the week at the Ranch, I'll be teaching a series of classes at La Cocina Que Canta's generous, 4,500-square-foot kitchen/classroom set in the heart of the spa’s famous 6-acre organic farm “Tres Estrellas” (Three Stars), where fruits, herbs, and vegetables thrive beneath a mountain still held sacred by native North Americans.
